Sam Oster

Sam is a Senior Associate at Stapleton Group. He assists the entire team in a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to, financial analysis, detailed management reporting and document auditing. He leverages his background in real estate investment, property management and finance to conduct operational due diligence with a “boots-on-the-ground” philosophy. Sam applies his expertise to quickly and efficiently identify and resolve problem cases as they arise.

Previously, Sam worked for Bridge33 Capital where he managed multiple properties across the Las Vegas Valley and Puget Sound areas. At Bridge33, Sam was responsible for the preservation of key tenant relationships and the resolution of critical property issues. He served as point person for all vendors, tenants and other parties regarding property matters. He also worked on the trading desk as a licensed broker with the Vanguard Group. Working exclusively with Flagship clients, he assisted with trust documents, money management and portfolio analysis. During his time there, Sam added value to the client experience through consistent communication and detailed reporting.
