Quintin Brown, CPA, CIRA
Quintin Brown, an experienced CPA and insolvency professional, designs and implements financial restructurings, turnarounds and liquidations. He serves as CRO, interim CFO or financial advisor in matters ranging from bankruptcy to out-of-court restructurings, ABCs, receiverships and litigation. Quintin supports secured creditors, shareholders and C-suite executives by managing strained relationships and efficiently assessing the troubled company’s viability, profitability and cash flow.
Quintin is well-versed in sell-side M&A, expert witness preparation, forensic accounting, audit and taxation for middle-market businesses in industries including manufacturing, real estate, construction, agriculture, e-commerce, automotive, healthcare, food and beverage, wholesale, distribution and retail.
Prior to joining Stapleton Group, Quintin was an audit supervisor at one of San Diego’s largest and oldest public accounting firms, Considine & Considine. He graduated from the University of San Diego where he played Division 1 College Football and majored in accounting.
