Quintin Brown, CPA, CIRA
Quintin Brown, a seasoned restructuring expert, designs and implements liquidity-based solutions for distressed businesses and scaling enterprises. His collaborative leadership style allows him to partner effectively with executive teams and quickly bring order to chaotic situations. Quintin leads CRO, interim CFO, and financial advisory engagements in matters including Ch. 11 and Ch. 7 bankruptcy, out-of-court restructurings, receiverships, ABCs, and litigation. He is a proactive communicator, regularly engaging with economic stakeholders to address concerns, build consensus, and provide critical updates and reporting.
Quintin is well-versed in operational value creation, sell-side M&A, expert witness testimony, forensic accounting, audit, and taxation for middle-market businesses in industries including agriculture, automotive, biotechnology, consumer products, distribution, food & beverage, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate & construction, retail, restaurants, and technology.
Prior to rejoining Stapleton Group, a part of J.S. Held in 2025, Quintin was a restructuring director at Paladin Management Group. He began his career as an auditor at Considine & Considine and has held board positions with not-for-profit organizations.
